In the afternoon, I helped my mom do some housework. I swept the floor and washed the dishes. Mom was very happy and praised me. She said I was a good helper. In the evening, I watched a movie with my family. It was a comedy movie. We laughed a lot during the movie. It was really relaxing. This is my Saturday. There were sandwiches, fruits, drinks and even some homemade cookies. We ate and talked and laughed. It was so much fun. After that, we played some games. We played badminton and flew kites. The wind was just right for flying kites. Our kites flew high in the sky. It looked like they were competing with each other. In the afternoon, we went for a walk along the lake. The water was clear and we could see some fish swimming in it. We also saw some ducks floating on the lake. They were quacking happily. When it was getting dark, we packed our things and went home. I was a little tired but had a really great time. I hope we can have more picnics like this in the future.
